Application Fee: $85.00 Per applicant, non-refundable.
Administrative Fee: $175.00 Per household, one-time during application.
Trash Fee: $35.00 Valet trash and recycling 5x/week. Per household, per month.
Amenity Fee: $40.00 Per household, per month.
Pest Control Fee: $5.00 Pest control fee serviced weekly. Per month, per household.
Storage : $25.00 - $150.00 Optional storage units. Per month, per layout.
Parking Fee: $50.00 Optional reserved parking. Per month, per space.
Pet Fee: $400.00 One-time per pet, non-refundable.
Pet Rent: $25.00 Per pet, per month.
Short Term Lease: $95.00 Per month on applicable leases that are less than 12 months.
Package Concierge Fee: $10.00 One time upon move in and at resident renewal.

BREED RESTRICTIONS: Excluded dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof. Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.

Our community offers parking spaces for each of our residents relative to occupancy guidelines for each apartment. If you have a motorcycle, it may be parked in the designated spaces for vehicles.
Parking is available for residents on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserved parking is available for an additional monthly fee.
